Business ER is recruiting its first Public Rescue pilots. There are no published results yet because none have been earned. We will not manufacture testimonials, before-and-afters, or case narratives to fill the gap.
A real operating business, a real problem, access to the facts, and an owner willing to hear an answer that may challenge the original theory.
Pilots are selective. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, subsidy, filming, or publication.
How a published case will be presented
Intake
We review fit, operating context, and the evidence available before selecting a case.
Diagnosis
The first selected cases will begin by documenting the actual failure point rather than promising an outcome.
Intervention
Case updates will identify the current intervention, the accountable owner, and the next scheduled action.
Stabilization
Trust blue marks a recovery signal that is holding under normal business conditions but is not yet final.
Results
Published results will compare baseline and final metrics, including problems that remain unresolved.

You can request a Private Diagnosis instead: confidential, paid, and not documented. A Public Rescue application only starts a fit conversation; it does not give permission to film or publish anything.
We will state the baseline, the final metric, the intervention, and the remaining risk. No outcome will be presented as a success story before it can be supported.
Eligibility signals
We are looking for local businesses that are open, operating, and willing to examine the evidence. You do not need a polished story. You need authority to make decisions, access to basic operating data, and a real willingness to change the next thing.
